Through this our trainers can assign workouts and goals to achieve with a simple to use app.


Group Training

Small group sessions designed for working out specific areas of the body at the same time as other patients to allow for group rehabilitation.

I’m Steve. I am a personal trainer. I specialize in general fitness, form/technique and corrective exercise. I am also well versed in Body Building, Powerlifting and Weight Loss. I focus on lifestyle change as opposed to fad lifting/nutrition trends. I am here to educate you and move you past your major obstacles in fitness and eating.
